Ryan Buscaglia

Ryan Buscaglia is a Senior Associate on the Tech and Innovation team. He works on technology transfer and commercialization issues across entrepreneurship, regional, and climate areas. Prior to this he worked at Dcode, a startup that helps emerging tech companies, federal agencies, and industry partners work together to improve the government with better tech. His previous experience also includes internships with the National Security Innovation Network and the James Martin Center for Nonproliferation Studies. He graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in Political and Social Thought, and Foreign Affairs in 2021.
